has 2 accesses to the sea:
One under the villa allowing the children to be supervised from the terrace,
and the other one is a boat garage, private access, gently sloping towards to the sea.

The rock gently sloping down to the sea makes swimming possible, right at the front of the villa. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the large table installed there
allows you to take your meals in a unique setting.

The large living room opens onto this terrace, bathed in light. It is a room
with a magnificent exposed framework and simple decoration evoking the marine world.
A mezzanine shelters the television corner.
The tiled kitchen is reminiscent of the kitchens of the great houses of yesteryear
with its back kitchen, but it is perfectly equipped with ceramic hobs, oven and microwave .
On the garden level is the beautiful master bedroom, enjoying an exceptional sea view
and equipped with an old-fashioned bathroom with bathtub. Also on the garden level,
a small bedroom with a single bed.
The four other rooms are on the first floor: a very large room with sea view,
double bed and a bathroom with an old-fashioned bathtub.
Two other bedrooms with two single beds, and a last one with bunk beds.
Each of these rooms has a washbasin. They share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

One of the additional assets of this property is its large garden along the sea,
pleasantly shaded by maritime pines and bordered by aloe.
There are benches to enjoy the view, a portico with swings for children and a petanque ground.

The caretaker, who is in charge of the maintenance of the property,
has his house below the house, without any view of the house or the garden
and will be able to answer to some services.

Bed linen and bath towels are changed weekly.
