After 8 years of commercial experience in several companies in different sectors,
Alban Grandel left his job to create a company.
For 15 years, he managed and developed his own business in property management
and seasonal rental of charming accommodation in the French West Indies.

His know-how in terms of marketing, operational management,
interior and exterior maintenance and security of prestigious properties...
While maintening all these activities with a focus on quality of service,
warm relationship with the clients and a relationship of trust with the owners.
All these skills have earned him recognition and made his company famous.
